Ben Schoettmer is the owner and president of Everett Hughes Insurance. He began working at Everett Hughes Insurance in 2006 while continuing to manage his real estate investment company. In 2008, he purchased Everett Hughes Insurance and has been committed to growing and expanding the agency since. He and his wife, Tawny, were married in 2009 and are both long-time residents of Tipton County.

Natasha Everling is the office manager at Everett Hughes Insurance. She has worked for the agency since 2003, first as a part-time employee and then as a customer service representative in the Tipton office. In 2008, she moved to the Cicero location, where she is still located. Natasha, a graduate of Tri-Central High School, and her husband, Brandon, have three children and live in Tipton.

Tom Lewis is the sales manager for Everett Hughes Insurance. Tom is responsible for growing the agency's sales and exceeding client expectations. Prior to joining Everett Hughes Insurance as an independent agent in 2009, Tom owned the Lewis Associates Agency as a Farmers Insurance captive agent. His insurance career also includes positions with Eldredge and Associates, Inc. (now Allied Solutions, LLC) as Resident Vice President in Marlton, New Jersey, and Sales and Service Manager for Retail Branch Distribution at Bank One Insurance Group in Indianapolis. Tom has lived in the Cicero and Arcadia area since 1983 and has two daughters, Erin and Emily.

Diane Hughes is the life and health insurance specialist at Everett Hughes Insurance. She has worked in the insurance field since 1979, overseeing employee benefit plans for Speedway Petroleum, managing 401(k) plans at Milliman and Roberts, and providing customer service to businesses and individuals at CLS Benefits. Diane joined Everett Hughes insurance in 2003 to work with her husband, Everett Hughes, and her focus is on health insurance for individuals and small businesses, life insurance, Medicare Supplements and Medicare Part D for individuals.

Eric joined Everett Hughes Insurance in March 2008 and is an account executive responsible for expanding business in Hamilton and Marion counties. With over ten years of customer service experience, Eric firmly believes in customer satisfaction and forming lasting relationships with customers.A native of Howard county, Eric graduated from Eastern High School in 2000 and studied computer graphics technology at Indiana University Kokomo from 2000 to 2004. Eric currently lives in Westfield with his wife, Lisa.

Julie Lucas is an account executive for Everett Hughes Insurance. She has been in the insurance industry since 1990, representing Farm Bureau insurance and later opening her own agency, Lucas Insurance, in February 2000. She joined Everett Hughes Insurance in 2010. Julie enjoys selling all lines of insurance, and believes in long-term service to clients that's second to none. Julie and her husband Larry, are natives of Hancock County and have three daughters.
